Laura Fletcher is a Senior Program Manager for Leadership Development at Salesforce where she designs and manages programs that improve performance and engagement. Prior to joining Salesforce, she was the Manager of Instructional Design at Bottom-Line Performance, where she led a team that designed and developed award-winning learning solutions.
