In this episode I speak to Don Keller, CEO and founder at Joinder.Don is a partner in the Silicon Valley office of Orrick, and a member of the Technology Companies Group. He advises high growth technology companies, public companies, venture capital firms and investment banks. He has advised clients on more than 60 public offerings, 75 acquisition transactions and several hundred venture financings.In recent months he's been helping launch Joinder, which uses machine learning trained by hundreds of Orrick professionals to automatically organize a company’s records and files. It is completely free for Orrick projects, with no limit on the number of users or workrooms.
