"The Center" closes and Rose faces the tough task at finding a job at the age of 55 with some large gaps in work history. Dorothy provides her usual TOUGH LOVE to try to make Rose understand how important it is for her to find a job. Rose does understand how important it is, but she's facing some ageism in the search for employment. This is one strange episode. We dig into what we find so odd, off-putting, and delightful about it.
