012. Gentle rant: Stop telling me to eat sugar "in moderation"!

Here's something that really annoys me: How other people perceive my life after sugar! I mean, I’m just happier with zero sugar and flour. But I kept getting comments like “You need to let go a little”, “Come on! One bite won’t hurt you!”, “Relax and have a little fun!”... etc. I got so tired of them that I made this podcast episode about it!It feels like people aren't even listening to me when I tell them how great I feel living sugar free. They still ask me why I do it, or tell me to have just a little bit. Or to eat sugar "in moderation", as a treat from time to time. I'm no psychologist, but I think it's a type of projection. Actually, for some people, like me and maybe you, it's actually easier and more freeing to abstain than to moderate with sugar. And being told to go against our natural personality is, well, annoying and counter-productive. So here's my gentle rant about it.You can download my simple guide to getting rid of sugar cravings and energy crashes on my website here: https://aftersugarclub.com/energy-guide/To rate and review this podcast: scroll down in your podcast player on your phone and click on the stars.
