She's an Associate Professor and Program Director of Exercise Science in the Department of Health and Human Performance at Norwich University and is the Director of Scientific Research & Education at Restore Hyperwellness along with being a research associate at the Institute of Lifestyle Medicine at Harvard Medical School where she conducted her postdoctoral training and launched her career delving into the intricate connections between nutrition, exercise, performance, and healthy aging.
