Ep. 133: Life is a Journey not a Competition

You have to stop that comparison, most people are living fake lives on social media. We are in a world where everyone has dreams and aspirations. Everyone wishes to succeed, be seen, and hear. Some dream big so they could be of help to others, some dream big so they could enjoy a happy life with their family, some so they could flirt and enjoy their social life at the peak level, while others still do it so their friends and colleagues could see they have made it. One common error many people make in life regarding this is that the accomplishments of others make them feel bad about themselves. Social media is curated, and comparing the real lives that we work so hard on sounds very unfair to me because, at the end of the day, no one knows what people are going through behind the screens.
