Ep. 147: Things I Don’t Regret Leaving Behind

The more I learn about self-improvement, the more I understand that much of the process involves subtraction. Instead of focusing on what to do, focus on what not to do, and avoid it. Figure what’s weighing you down so that you can let go of it and move more freely. There is no need to be hyper-focused, but be mindful of the distractions in your life that suck up all of your energy. There are certain things in life that I don't regret leaving behind. Firstly, toxic relationships and negative influences drained my energy and hindered my personal growth. Cutting ties with individuals who brought me down has allowed me to surround myself with positive, supportive people who uplift and inspire me. Secondly, I don't regret leaving behind self-doubt and limiting beliefs. Shedding the weight of negative self-talk and embracing self-confidence has empowered me to pursue my dreams and reach new heights. Lastly, I don't regret leaving behind my comfort zone. Taking risks and stepping into the unknown have opened doors to incredible opportunities and personal fulfillment. Leaving these things behind has allowed me to create a life filled with positivity, growth, and endless possibilities.Angely's InstagramLife in Progress InstagramAngely's Facebook Hosted on Acast.
