Ep. 5: Why You Should Never Look for Love with Myrza Sison

In my 20s I was a victim of trying to look for love because I thought it would complete me since everyone around me was getting engaged, married, and having kids. Meanwhile I was taking a completely different route from traveling 7 continents, building my Access Travel business, trying to apply for masters in Madrid, and doing experiments to know more about what else I was capable of doing. It took a long time to stop doing this, and, peer pressure and what the society says sometimes messes with our minds. When I met Myrza a few years ago, it changed because she showed me that there’s nothing wrong with what I was doing, I was different but it didn’t mean I was incomplete. I was continuously building myself so when I finally meet the person I am willing to compromise with, it won’t be difficult because I already know what I want in life, both a partner and career.
