Resilience is different for everyone, going through hard times is not easy especially if we are not emotionally and mentally strong to accept unexpected events in life. Building resilience is the power to learn how to make ourselves feel better when life seems to fall apart, no matter how good, wealthy, educated, and successful we are in life, we don’t have the power to avoid facing unfortunate events, losing loved ones, breaking up with the people we thought we’d spend our life with, closing down businesses we’ve worked on our entire life, having to leave our dream jobs and so on.
