Loneliness is an emotion that we feel just like happiness but it is seen so negatively and unfortunately, nobody taught us to face it with emotional intelligence. We were always told to distract ourselves whenever we feel lonely, growing up we struggled to face failures, rejections and being alone because from the beginning we were not trained on how to handle these negative things that come with life. Life is a combination of both good and bad things, every time you face challenges, remember to get the important lessons from these moments instead of blaming yourself and others.
