Lessons I’ve Learned From My Therapist Ana

I’ve been going to therapy for almost 3 months now and it has changed my life completely, there are still bad days but I am working on it slowly day by day. I wish I had done this sooner, but now I am taking this journey to know myself more outside the business world. My Therapist asked me,” What do you want to get out of this?”. Me: I want to move on completely from my ex-boyfriend and find myself outside the business world.  Some of the lessons are:  1. You can forgive but you don’t have to reconcile. 2. Temporary dopamine is the worst, stick to consistency. 3. Dating is hard because people are now disposable. 4. The mental health journey is about ups and downs. 5. Therapy is painful but it is a must to do for improvements. 6. We can’t fix everyone. Period. Accept people for who they are. 7. Vulnerability is beautiful. Leaders must apply it more. 8. People treat us the way we let them treat us. 9. A lot of people live in suffering and blaming their parents 10. Getting angry when boundaries are crossed is normal.  Follow me on IG: https://www.instagram.com/angelydub/ Follow Life in Progress on IG: https://www.instagram.com/lifeinprogressph/ Follow me on Tiktok: https://www.tiktok.com/@angelydub Hosted on Acast.
