Christopher "Chris" Okada is the CEO of Okada & Company, a New York City-based commercial real estate firm. With a focus on tenant representation and sales/leasing of middle-market buildings, Okada has achieved nearly $1.5B in commercial real estate sales and leasing to date. He was mentored by his father, a prominent NYC real estate broker, and gained recognition during the financial crisis of 2008-2009 for his focus on distressed mortgages collateralized by buildings in Midtown Manhattan.
