247: Death by Alien Abduction… The Unsolved Case of Zigmund Adamski

Zigmund Adamski was found dead in broad daylight on a 10-foot coal pile in a locked coal yard more than 20 miles from his home. This would soon become the UK’s biggest mystery in 1980. His clothing was in disarray, he had been given a botched haircut, and suspicious burn marks covered his neck and shoulders. His facial expression was locked into a permanent state of terror. Someone— or something— had dumped him there, but no witnesses ever came forward. The lack of evidence caused mass speculation. Theories of the KGB, ball lightning, a secret affair, a family feud, and aliens abound.
