Episode 909: Supervision and Management

Earlier this season we talked about the three required courses in this certification program. This week we are talking about one of the competencies that is optional: Supervision and Management. These staff members may also need to demonstrate the competencies specific to a department in which they work.”   Let’s take a look at a few of the fourteen different components the ALA has identified as important here, and talk about a little information on each one.
