How do we handle being comfortable being uncomfortable? From jumping into a pool for the first time or engaging in a simple conversation, discomfort can trigger anxiety and stress.I experienced this from a young age with family and friends,  and it reached a new level when I entered open water during my first 70.3 triathlon event. I could not throttle my emotions. Fredrik Samanta, a coach in Zurich and a close friend, discusses this topic with me.
