The journey to accepting yourself with chef Ramael Scully

Acceptance is the ability to unconditionally value all parts of who you are. That means you acknowledge all of yourself, the good parts and the things that need improvement. For most of us, self-acceptance can be hard. We tend to be critical of ourselves, but there are a number of ways to learn to accept yourself and your life. It all begins with your state of mind. In todays episode I speak to Ramael Scully – or just Scully, as he is known – was born in 1979 in Malaysia to a mother of Chinese and Indian heritage and a father with Malay and Irish blood. He was head chef at Nopi, and now has his very own restaurant called Scully. Scully makes exploring the world through food an adventure, which when I spoke to him about his life journey was exactly what he had personally experienced.    Show Notes @sarahannmacklin | www.sarahannmacklin.com Be Well Collective: @be_well_collective | www.bewellcollective.co.uk    Scully https://www.scullyrestaurant.com/
