Doubt your doubts

Do you notice that you struggle with doubt as you go for a goal? Maybe you doubt yourself on a daily basis as a mom. Our brain wants us to stay stuck and so it offers up indulgent emotions like fear, confusion, overwhelm.  It is normal to experienced indulgent emotions especially when pushing out of our comfort zones.
