This week we have a guest, "Claire" (a pseudonym for hopefully obvious reasons), join us to talk about her experience at The Haven Retreat, from The Younique Foundation - an experience designed to empower, educate, and begin the healing process for women who have experienced sexual trauma and abuse in childhood.
