Just nine months after being unceremoniously traded by the Nashville Predators, Ryan Johansen has found himself in the middle of another eyebrow-raising roster move. The Colorado Avalanche traded Johansen (who reportedly had some "friction" with other Avs players) to the Philadelphia Flyers, who then placed the former Pred on waivers.
