Animal Fat Part 2. Then VS Now

Last week I shared with you all about the concept of internal vs external health. My hope is that the big take-home message for you was that what you see on the outside doesn’t always reflect what is happening on the inside. I personally started to look closely at my internal health a number of years back by teaming up with various healthcare providers. Blood panels, genetic testing, and regularly evaluating HRV, sleep, and even Glucose Monitor readings have all helped me paint a better picture of what is going on inside my body and how my behaviors, habits, training, and nutrition all impact my health. After experiencing unfavorable changes in my blood lipid levels on the Animal-Based diet, I shifted their dietary approach over the past year, leading to improved health markers.
