You are allowed to want to lose weight. You aren't a bad person or a victim of diet culture if you truly in your heart desire weight loss. It's up to you whether it's right for you. I feel very strongly about this and it's why I recorded this episode! Just remember that you are the one who knows your true intentions, and no one else gets to dictate that for you.
