2. Changing Your Perspective on Low Moments

Hello hello! This is the first solo episode (of many) where I dive DEEP on perspective. In this episode, I share my mindset and approach towards the lows / negative moments in my life, and how they have LEAD to the extraordinary breakthroughs (i.e, highs).  - I share my wisdom on the three things low moments offer you - I explain how the 'ego' typically kicks in that leads us to spiral into a toxic headspace - I offer ways you can shift your perspective on negative experiences - I share two personal stories where I leaned IN when I was in a low place in my life, and how they actually turned out to be the most beautiful blessings  This episode will completely change how you VIEW the low moments and you'll realize...they're actually essential to your growth as they TEACH you invaluable lessons.
