Today I talk all things burnout (and how to avoid it). Recently I found myself feeling overwhelmed, stressed, tired, confused...the list goes on and on. And that's when I realized...I had simply overworked myself to the point of full exhaustion. After taking a break, listening to my body, setting boundaries, embracing more self-love, stating powerful daily mantras...I'm now in a place of feeling pure contentment and satisfaction for who I am. This episode will remind you that YOU ARE ENOUGH, that sometimes you just need to be and not always try to make things happen.
