Hi lovely people! Today I talk all things self-worth - what it is, how to maintain it and how to effectively forge healthy relationships and remove people who induce toxicity in our lives. We often attach our worthiness to external things but those naturally fluctuate, so when our worthiness is attached to external forces that change, so does the perception we have of ourselves. Self-worth lies within and once we build and maintain it, we're able to remove ourselves from people who don't appreciate our value.
