Lucid dreaming is when you know that you are dreaming while you are dreaming.  It is like being aware that you are watching a movie, except you are the star of the show.  You can control what happens in your dream, and sometimes people use lucid dreaming to solve problems or practice things they are afraid of.   When you go to sleep at night, your mind and body rests.  This means that your conscious mind is not aware of what is happening around you.  However, your subconscious mind is still active and dreaming.  Lucid dreaming is when you become aware that you are dreaming while you are asleep.  You can control what happens in your dream and make it more interesting.  To do this, you need to train your mind to recognize when you are dreaming.   In this video we’ll explore ways to lucid dream without waking up or interrupting your sleep.  This includes methods that let you control your dreams without an alarm.
