S3 Ep1: Transfer Window Check In: Updates On All 20 Teams

The summer transfer window is far from over but with the season quickly approaching, it seemed appropriate to check in on the latest dealings to assess the roster changes so far for all 20 Premier League teams. We'd like to add in the necessary caveat that there is still plenty of time for squads to fill the holes in their rosters so our goal wasn't to jump to any conclusions on the offseason yet (though it may seem that way times).
