Journey Into the Depths of the Unconscious

The unconscious mind is a vast and complex realm that contains our deepest stored emotions, thoughts, and memories, that are hidden and inaccessible to our daily consciousness. Exploring this inner world can provide valuable insights into our psyche, allowing us to connect with our authentic selves and uncover hidden aspects of our personality. In this exercise, we will use active imagination to journey into the depths of the unconscious mind, allowing our imagination to reveal insights and understanding about ourselves that may be difficult to access through rational thought alone. Remember that whatever you experience during this exercise is a reflection of your own mind and inner wisdom. Active Imagination is a technique developed by the Swiss psychologist Carl Jung for engaging with the unconscious mind. Jung considered Active Imagination to be the most powerful way to access the unconscious mind and a vital technique for attaining wholeness of personality. ---------- Tarot Birth Chart Reports - https://makeitconscious.com/step/tarot-birth-chart-reports/ Divination - Two Part Video Series: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLeuFwuWK5O2NCUr11ZJRmaXuwTfvScrwf Why Divination is Real article series: https://makeitconscious.com/why-divination-is-real/ Seven Habits of Individuation Ebook: https://makeitconscious.com/sevenhabits/ Main Podcast on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/6AxGzV3sa6kK2NKSKDyuJa Make It Conscious Blog: https://makeitconscious.com/blog/ ---------- Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/makeitconscious/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/maxchegwyn/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/makeitconscious ---------- music provided by CoolTones, from Pond5
