He is a three time Emmy nominee, including a nomination for his outstanding work on the CBS mini-series "SINATRA" based on the life of Frank Sinatra.
His arrangement and featured piano work on Joe Cocker’s hit record "Feelin' Alright" remains a true classic in American pop music and rock & roll. His songs have been sung by Barbra Streisand, The Rolling Stones, Dionne Warwick, Barry Manilow, Shirley Horn, Nancy Wilson, Joe Williams, Peggy Lee and others.

Terry has worked with an array of artists including Melissa Manchester, Billy Preston, The Crusaders, Little Richard, Wilson Phillips, Joan Baez, Joe Walsh, Keb’ Mo’, and Eartha Kitt, to name just a few.
