Frank and Margaret summon General Barker, who enters the insane world of the 4077th and tries to bring about some order. In the end, Hawkeye and Trapper prove themselves to be excellent surgeons to General Barker, and he agrees with Blake's decision to appoint Hawkeye as Chief Surgeon.
