We all have people we admire and look up to, and maybe even think are superhuman. In the coaching industry, there’s a tendency to fall into the trap of believing that other coaches belong to a different breed of humans or can effortlessly do things we can’t, but putting them on a pedestal in this way is hurting you in more ways than one.   Learn why it’s unhelpful to put coaches on pedestals, and how doing so is hurting you.
