Earle: Construction worker was scheduled to work on site of CBD shooting

And a lucky coincidence has stopped one worker from going to the construction site where the shooting went down. Earl says the downtown CBD site is one he regularly works on and he was set to go there this morning. He says it was pure chance he wasn't there.
