Is a Lotto draw for Cyclone Gabrielle fundraising appropriate?
Questions about the use of gambling for community fundraising...when there are other ways it could be done. A special Lotto draw will be held on March 18 -- with half the ticket sales going towards the recovery from Cyclone Gabrielle.
