Imposter Syndrome: When you enter a new situation and you have Imposter Syndrome creeping in due to comparing to the achievements of others around you, how can you use that your advantage? You can think, ‘What makes me special and how can I leverage that to reflect my identity AND benefit others?’ Change: We transform by challenging the norm. “The concept of change can be the compelling biography of yourself to your colleagues.” We have a tendency to talk about perfections we have… but what makes a story interesting is reversals, or imperfections; what we overcame. Communicating: Stories weave numbers together to make them meaningful, useful for decision making, and impactful. Advice: be aware of the identity goals of others.
