He has also served as an expert witness in related areas. Prior to teaching at Mays, he served as the CHRO and Senior VP at Waste Management. He was a trusted advisor to the CEO with an emphasis on executive development and succession planning. Responsible for the Talent Acquisition, Learning & Organizational Development, Labor Relations, and Compensation and Benefits groups. He received his undergraduate degree from A&M and his JD from Baylor.
