What does McKinsey’s Personal Experience Interview (PEI) entail? How does it differ from other types of interviews? She began her McKinsey career in 2017. Prior to that, she worked at a non-profit organization and completed a summer internship at McKinsey. Caro’s internship with McKinsey made her realize that she wanted to be part of a firm where she could have a significant impact and achieve change, both inside and outside of the organization. Outside of work Caro loves theatre and improv. She has a successful TikTok channel where she shares her perspectives on movies and TV shows. Amy is a senior expert with our assessment team based in our New York office. She started her McKinsey career 25 years ago as a consultant in our Chicago office after graduating from business school. Amy is a trusted advisor, coach and presenter, both inside and outside McKinsey. Amy earned a degree in art history and has passion for art.
