Mindfullness Meditation

In this audio I am specifically choosing to pay attention to the sensations in our immediate environment and in our bodies. Mindfulness meditation is all about drawing attention to how we feel, both emotionally and physically. Focusing on the internal and external stimulus around us brings a sense of calm into our lives, by enabling us to slow down our thoughts and fully appreciate what exists in the present moment.
