Episode 18 - Kreena Dhiman, Part 1

After speaking to Raveen in episode 1, I went onto research more South Asian women who have been passionate about starting a conversation on fertility treatment and surrogacy.  Kreena has been through breast cancer and heart failure. Despite all of that, she was determined to find solutions to start the family she always dreamed of. As an expecting mother, I had goosebumps listening to Kreena's story and it gave me a whole new perspective on motherhood.  Carrying my baby in my womb is a privilege and an honour to be able to bring a new life to this world. Many women cannot live through these nine months where they feel their baby grow and kick - and it's important we acknowledge that and understand that there is a whole different world to motherhood.  Part 2 will be with you soon.
