Episode 21 - Dr Punam Krishan

Post partum depression is a topic many men and women shy away from. But we have to acknowledge that many women around us will put a brave face on, but deep down are desperate for help. Dr Punam talks about her journey with her first born and how it took her years to acknowledge the fact that she needed help. Her first delivery was very traumatic physically and mentally and since then, it has changed her whole outlook with patient care as a GP.  This conversation gave me the confidence to open up, and I hope it encourages other women to start this conversation in their own homes and communities.
