Episode 23: Manjit Gill, CEO Binti International

Manjit founded the very first period charity in the UK and in India. Manjit's experience in the business industry helped her sell her vision of making sure that every girl bleeds with dignity. Period poverty is all around us, even in developed countries where resources are much more readily available. Period shame is also omnipresent - but we just don't talk about it enough.  How did Manjit convince a priest in a Gurudwara to allow women who are menstruating to enter during prayers? How has Manjit tackled this taboo to help create a generational change in this conversation? Tune in to find out! This episode is a feature special and also available on YouTube where you can watch the full conversation.
