#098 - Let’s talk about Change
Change . . . so simple and so significant. As we navigate changing times, we experience change on both personal and collective levels. Sometimes we find ourselves in its flow with incredible ease while other times change triggers a cascade of unexpected old stories and beliefs that keep us stuck in a bit of resistance. Over the past couple weeks, as I have been quietly working on a series of changes with my websites, I've been exploring the energy around change . . . from cultivating the inner courage to take a leap, to leaning in for support, and what it means to truly support our friends and loved ones as they too grow and change.
