E14 Run, Jake, Run! with Jake Fishman

What comes to mind when you hear the word 'running'? Is it dread or a surge of excitement? People tend to be opinionated about running and have strong feelings about it. I can relate to those that groan when the notion of going for a run comes up. I can also appreciate those who passionately identify themselves as a runner and have much respect for those who embrace the challenge of a long-distance marathon. This episode is co-hosted by Jake Fishman who might all himself a novice but is far from it. He is candid about his experiences and shares thoughts about his brother who struggled with addiction and infused a deeper meaning into his running endeavors. A great listen! What?!
