Denielle Rigoglioso is a licensed professional counselor and certified addiction counselor with over 20 years of experience in the mental health and addiction field. Denielle holds a Master's of Science degree from Waldon University and a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech. Throughout her career, Denielle has worked in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, inpatient facilities, and private practice. She has expertise in treating a range of mental health and addiction issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and process addictions. As a licensed therapist and addiction counselor, Denielle provides individual and group therapy to help individuals work through their mental health and addiction challenges and achieve their personal goals. She utilizes evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing (MI), to help individuals build coping skills and improve their mental and emotional wellbeing. Denielle is also a strong advocate for mental health and addiction awareness and reducing the stigma surrounding these issues. She is committed to educating individuals and communities about the importance of mental health and addiction treatment and promoting access to mental health and addiction services for those in need. In addition to her clinical work, Denielle is also involved in training and consulting in the mental health and addiction field. She has provided trainings on topics such as trauma-informed care, addiction and recovery, and mindfulness-based interventions.
