Hannah Elise Rose is a mental health advocate, public speaker, and writer. Hannah holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Northwestern University. As a mental health advocate, Hannah is dedicated to reducing the stigma surrounding mental illness and promoting mental health awareness. She shares her personal journey with mental health and offers insights on her blog and social media platforms to help others who may be struggling with similar challenges. Hannah is also a public speaker and has given talks on topics such as mental health, self-care, and personal growth. She uses her platform to inspire and empower others to prioritize their mental and emotional wellbeing. In addition to her advocacy work, Hannah has experience in the mental health field. She has worked as a research assistant in the Mood and Anxiety Disorders Lab at the University of Illinois and has volunteered at a crisis hotline. Hannah is passionate about mental health education and has facilitated workshops on topics such as stress management and self-care. She is also involved in several mental health organizations and is committed to supporting individuals and communities in their mental health journeys.
