What are the Rewards of the Righteous?

"And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be." (Revelation 22:12) God is a fair God.  He will reward those who endure until the end.  "But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved." (Matthew 24:13) "And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together. For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us." (Romans 8:17-18) What rewards will the righteous receive?
