127: How to Manage the Bad Stuff

Alison is back again today, and we’re talking about going through the breakdowns to get to the breakthrough you need to change your life for the better. The fact is, we have to go through deeply uncomfortable, difficult situations to move to things that are better. Pain, sadness, grief, frustration, these are catalysts to move us forward, because without these feelings, we get stuck in a state of inertia. And when we find ourselves in these hard moments, we can make a choice to lean into the discomfort and look for the positive that might come out of that situation, instead of wallowing in the difficulty. Because we CAN impact our own happiness and our outlook even when we’re in the midst of a breakdown. We want to hear from you! If you have feedback on this new series, please let us know.
