Here are a collection of links for articles and podcasts that struck me as more helpful than the hundreds I've read and listened to over the past couple of weeks.  These should keep you company while our cast  takes a short break...

• Nerdist Podcast #307 - Gabe Newell, Valve - The Company: Gabe's views on how corporations will crumble under their own weight as more people figure out how to build better products faster is quite fascinating.  If you haven't done it already, read Valve's Employee Handbook.  It is inspiring.  I am already incorporating the "T Shaped Employee" model into my explanations of what I am looking for when hiring.  It really simplified my crazy theories for me!
• Still Untitled: The Adam Savage Project Podcast - Autodidacticism: This is an interesting breakdown of how Adam Savage learns a new skill.  This is just great for anyone trying to learn something new to hear.  Share it with your team, your kids, and anyone that will listen!
• Programmer's Paradox Blog Post - Giving Up Childish Ways: Great article from a local guy talking about how our industry is maturing through agile.  Read it and share it!
