Episode 140 - Mark England - Co-Founder of Procabulary & Enlifted

Mark England is the founder of Procabulary, a company that helps people harness the power of language to change how they perceive themselves and create more positive opportunities in their lives. After leaving college, Mark decided to move to Thailand to complete his kickboxing training. He hoped to turn professional, but after sustaining two serious knee injuries, he took a post as a sports teacher at an American school in Bangkok. He spent a further five years working as an emotional detoxification counselor in the island resort of Koh Samui. Mark loves freedom, adventure, and language. He knows that the stories we tell about ourselves matter, and with Procabulary, he has created a system that encourages us to overcome our negative self-talk, challenge our limiting beliefs, and process our most traumatic memories.
