His company, Spark Production’s credits include “The Iceman Cometh”, “The Color Purple”, “All My Son’s”, “Long Day’s Journey Into Night,” and “The History Boys,”. He’s received multiple Tony Awards and nominations throughout his career. He’s also a husband and father to 3 children. We talked about the challenges of developing and mounting Broadway productions, juggling his professional and personal schedule, the need for work/life balance and the importance and value of being a good husband and parent.
