She opens up about her time at war, her struggles with PTSD after returning home and her recovery.It is now her mission to help others struggling with PTSD through her jewelry company, Brass & Unity. After serving on the front lines in Afghanistan (Infantry & Artillery) at 18 years old and losing many of her friends during battle, she came home with severe PTSD.
