Are You Holding Yourself to These Standards?
I'm about to starve my cat. The vet said she's too fat, so we have to put her on a special diet and bring her out to exercise and whatnot. But that sounds complicated and expensive so I think I'm just going to stop feeding her. If you're a normal person, that paragraph upset you. And yet, you've looked in the mirror and said the same thing to yourself. Why wouldn't you starve a cat, but you'd starve yourself?
